چکیده
Background and aims – To date, Megalocystidium leucoxanthum, a corticioid fungus originally described from the Italian Alps, was considered as widely distributed species inhabiting numerous angiosperm hosts in northern hemisphere. Its specimens collected different geographic areas various host revealed high morphological variability thus obfuscated differences closely related M. luridum. The objective of this study to re-establish leucoxanthum based on newly sequenced clarify identity morphologically deviating collections previously ascribed species.Material methods In total, 87 spp. (including two historical types) were studied by methods. Their phylogenetic relations investigated DNA sequences (nrITS, nrLSU, tef1) 29 specimens.Key results Based morphological, ecological data, we showed sensu typi is rare restricted Alnus alnobetula subalpine subarctic zones. Consequently, records other (mostly representatives Salicaceae) belong three species, olens, perticatum, salicis, new science. fourth introduced pellitum, occurs same tree but it can be separated latter due distinctive traits sequences. Additionally, Aleurodiscus diffissus combined luridum clarified.

abstract while task-based instruction is considered as the most effective way to learn a language in the related literature, it is oversimplified on various grounds. different variables may affect how students are engaged with not only the language but also with the task itself. the present study was conducted to investigate language and task related engagement on the basis of the task typolog...
15 صفحه اولPhylogeny and biogeography of the remarkable genus Bondarzewia (Basidiomycota, Russulales)
Bondarzewia is a conspicuous and widely distributed mushroom genus, but little is known about its origin and biogeography. Here, we investigated the systematics and biogeography of Bondarzewia species using multi-locus phylogenetic analysis. Four genetic markers, including the internal transcribed spacer (ITS), large nuclear ribosomal RNA subunit (nLSU), elongation factor 1-α (tef1) and mitocho...

15 صفحه اولGlobal diversity and molecular systematics of Wrightoporia s.l. (Russulales, Basidiomycota)
Wrightoporia accommodates polypores producing finely asperulate and amyloid basidiospores, and causing white rot. Thirty-nine species have been described or transferred to this genus; however, only a few species have been referred to molecular phylogeny. In this study, about 140 worldwide specimens of Wrightoporia s.l. were studied morphologically, and ITS and/or nLSU regions from 37 samples, r...
متن کاملPhylogenetic and microscopic studies in the genus Lactifluus (Basidiomycota, Russulales) in West Africa, including the description of four new species
Despite the crucial ecological role of lactarioid taxa (Lactifluus, Lactarius) as common ectomycorrhiza formers in tropical African seasonal forests, their current diversity is not yet adequately assessed. During the last few years, numerous lactarioid specimens have been sampled in various ecosystems from Togo (West Africa). We generated 48 ITS sequences and aligned them against lactarioid tax...
